Everyone from Valet on of great comfort & assistance Within 2 hours, tested & replaced battery while I enjoyed their free coffee & wi fi. A really great experience in an otherwise stressful situation. I already wrote a thank you note to your dealership for the FAST, COURTEOUS SERVICE! Sorry at this late date don't remember names but check my arrival, the young Valet was MOST helpful to start, the Service Advisor great as well Thank you M.B of Sacramento!!!! More

Not up to Mercedes Benz normal standards. My car was in for normal service, along with a headlight change. During the service your team noticed an oil leak and fixed it. My car was scheduled My car was in for normal service, along with a headlight change. During the service your team noticed an oil leak and fixed it. My car was scheduled for service 3 times, two of which were not coordinated with Robbie (your sales person) who lives near me and graciously volunteers to take and return my car to me as I live 1 hour from the dealership. The dealership took 7 days to return my car (2 days because Robbie was on his days off which still meant 5 days for what seemed like routine service that could have been completed in 1 day). I have discussed with the service team, during my last 3 services, that I have a "cricket like" squeak near my passenger floor board and your mechanics keep insisting they hear nothing. Every passenger that gets into my car can hear it and it is very annoying; and, I hope it doesn't turn into anything serious because it has been going on for about 3-4 years. At the end of the day, I still have my squeak. I have owned 4 Mercedes Benz over the last 30 years, all purchased from the Sacramento and Rocklin centers, and it will soon be time for a new car. I can honestly say the Rocklin service center service well exceeds that of the Sacramento center. In Rocklin they are prompt, keep me informed regularly when my car is in for service, and rarely take more than one day to service my car; and, fix all issues. The only reason I continue to use the Sacramento center is because I bought my current car at that center and because Robbie is so great to deal with and provides a wonderful service to me by taking and returning my car to me. More
Disappointed with our experience I purchased a CPO ML350 from MB of Sacramento. I came in with a limited amount of time and they had a ML350 at another dealership that had all of the I purchased a CPO ML350 from MB of Sacramento. I came in with a limited amount of time and they had a ML350 at another dealership that had all of the options that we were looking for. We sat down, knocked out an agreeable price then they were going to bring the vehicle over for me to inspect. I was then told that the windshield was out for replacement so they could not bring it over but that if it wasn't as represented I could back away from the deal. It was delivered to Reno 4 days later and when I saw it, I realized that it didn't have running boards on it which were listed. These were one of our "have to have" items so I spoke with Mike in sales as our sales person was not able to be contacted. Mike got back to me shortly afterwards to tell me that he had looked out our contract and decided that there was "not enough room in the deal for them" to be able to install the running boards as contracted for. Three hours of arguing on the phone in a parking lot in Reno finally got him to agree to having the boards installed for us as promised. We arrived in Arizona and went to license the vehicle and discovered that we didn't have the title to the vehicle. We were told that it would be sent out shortly. We were in a time crunch to try and get it registered/licensed in AZ so we pushed for a time frame. I sent an email expressing my disappointment with my experience and got no reply. Only after being contacted by MBUSA asking about our experience did I get a response from MB of Sacramento. I was told that the title had been mailed out on the 21st and that they would make arrangements for our running boards to be installed. On the 6th of March I contacted them again to let them know that I still had not received the title that was supposedly sent over two weeks previously and got no response. Four days later, FedEx delivered the title, a month after the date of purchase. The dealership was nice, the people were friendly, but when it came time to deliver what was contracted for, they failed miserably. Even though we eventually got what we contracted for, it was a fight every step of the way. More

New car purchase I was greeted by José, he showed me all the SUV'S on the lot, drove each model. I cane back a few,days later after thinking about them. Made a purchase but it turned out the car was not available. I returned to Purchas the GLA 250. Jose was very helpful in deciding which car would be a good fit for me & has attended to a few other incidentals since the purchase. I will recommend him. More
Good, but could be better. Overall excellent service, but I really should have had to come back so soon. Just prior I had the vehicle in for its routine scheduled service. Just nothing. Called the Mercedes roadside assistance to my home, they said it should go for service, tow vehicle came and took it away. Battery had been slowly drawing and was no longer holding a charge. It was kept overnight for charging but still nothing. In the end, the battery was replaced and now it runs fine. But the whole point of the regular service is to check on the entire system. We were headed the next day for winter mountain resort and road trip. Just glad this all happened while still in Sacramento. This does leave me feeling less confident about the thoroughness of the routine scheduled service this dealership provides. More
