However, when I asked for the old wheels back, I was told there would be a $80 core chage for each wheel. I asked why the charge and was told the manufacture wanted to examine the wheels. I told them that the wheels were my property and I wouldn't pay the core charge. I would not recommend doing business with this dealership. More

item promised during used car sale has never been delivered In December 2016 I purchased a 2014 E350 wagon from Steve Tracy at MBZ of Sacramento. During the sales process, Steve promised to have a cargo cover i In December 2016 I purchased a 2014 E350 wagon from Steve Tracy at MBZ of Sacramento. During the sales process, Steve promised to have a cargo cover installed in the rear cargo area of the wagon, as it did not have one. Over the past several weeks and several phone calls to Steve and Lisa Brown at the dealership, I have now been told that the dealership won't pay for a cargo cover for my vehicle, even though it was promised to me during the sale of the vehicle and that I will have to wait for a cargo cover to come in on another wagon and they will take that one off and put it on my car. Really? and this is a Mercedes Benz dealership? I have told the salesman Steve Tracy I am not willing to wait any longer and today left a message for the sales manager Jason Briener to return my call. I have also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, posted a review on Yelp, and am posting my story here in the hopes that no one else will have this problem at this dealership. I will be looking for other venues to post my story. If you are looking for a new or used Mercedes Benz, I would strongly recommend that you stay away from the local VonHousen (3) dealerships. You may have to travel a little farther, but hopefully you'll be treated better than I was More
Poor Service I came in and my appointment was no where to be found. Yes, I had an appointment. It got lost in your computer. The man who took care of me was a I came in and my appointment was no where to be found. Yes, I had an appointment. It got lost in your computer. The man who took care of me was affable, but very busy. When my car was finished, he literally threw the paper work on the table without saying anything, but "Your car is fine." That was not an acceptable evaluation for me verbally. When I go to Jiffy Lube, they give me better service and a more detailed account of my car. Because I only drive 1,500 miles a year, I count on Mercedes giving me an evaluation of my car when I come in for the oil change. I am 70 yrs old, single, female. I drive a 2013 new Mercedes I bought from you, so I am sure to be safe. This man did not give me any assurance I would be safe in my car. I could not find him to pose my questions. I believe he went home. It was a totally unsatisfying transaction. A BIG REASON I came to get my car oil changed, is I don't know how to set back my clock in the car. I don't know how to use the GPS. I don't know how to put on high beam lights. There are a number of problems I have using the car. I specifically made my request to this man to have someone go over these details with me.. I was told this man was too busy to give me directions on how to use my car and no one else was available. He said I could come back. (This was not a satisfactory response in my opinion. My visit was not fulfilled and it meant coming back another time.) That is the reason I came for the oil check. It was not obligatory I had an oil check. It is obligatory I understand how to use my car. This man left me no appointment nor any name who I should call (someone less busy than he is) for this appointment. I then waited over 30 minutes for my car to be washed. At this point I had been in the dealership a long time. I was weary of the experience and had been there 1 1/2 hours or 2 hours. I asked for my car NOT to be washed or cleaned and took my car home. I therefore need: 1) My car washed and cleaned inside. 2) I need a capable person who has time to explain how to drive the $50,000. car I bought from you. 3) These are reasonable requests. The man did follow up with a phone call, which did not help me at all. It did not resolve my issues. And he personally offered no help to me, as far as explaining how my car works in future. 4) I would rate this experience as 1 out of 10 points. 5) I would not recommend this dealership to anyone else. 6) I would go elsewhere, except to keep my warranty, I am obligated to come to the dealership for a $200. oil change. 7) I am not a happy camper.
