It was OK The surprise was a $30.00 charge on my Visa. My ML 350 was fixed on the second try after keeping the car for three days ( warranty). Von Housen stated the charge was for gas for the loaner, automatically billed at $10.00/ day!! What? ! Never heard that one before! So what if I took a loaner and only drove 20 miles...I would still get billed ten dollars a day?! What if I dove the car more and filled the tank, I would still get billed ten dollars a day? Crazy. Always something at Von Housen. More

I had a brand new battery installed that for some reason died. A mobile service representative came to my home to charge the battery so I could take my car in for service. I felt comfortable and safe at all times. The service department, especially Efrain Vasquez, acted in the utmost professional manner. All staff were friendly and helpful. More

I wound up searching for the reset code on Google and doing this manually, but I would have preferred that they took care of this at the dealership. I'm not sure who the service tech was, but since this is an electric car, there's really not much to service other than the cabin air filter, and a general look around at brakes, tires, etc. More
