The reason for this is from the time I dropped off my car I received excellent service. I had I give the service here in Sacramento a perfect 5 stars. The reason for this is from the time I dropped off my car I received excellent service. I had made my appt online and I guess this service is fairly new, and so when I brought in my car for this service, the part needed to be ordered. I had to come back because they did not have the part. Once they received the part, they took care of me with giving me a discount and a rental car. The service technician took his time inspecting my car and the service advisor told me not to worry and to just enjoy the rental. I feel safe now even though I came for one thing to be replaced, but they found other things that needed to be done, which now my car is no longer acting up any longer. Also, the fact that they even honored the price of the service from the last time I had my car serviced, along with my car being washed and vacuumed, and a complete multi point inspection gives me a reason to be a returning customer! Another problem I had was with my automatic lock and I told my service advisor to give me a quote on how much it will cost because he said they may have to take the door apart. Well, that was taken care of at no charge. Thank you Mercedes Benz of Sacramento! You guys have my business. More

Talked to customer service @ MB Sacramen After buying my first CPO MB from another MB dealer, I was experiencing serious exhaust problem with the car. Talked to customer service @ MB Sacramento; very friendly, accommodative, and scheduled me right away. Sean @ MB Sacramento dealership was very professional and friendly service advisor; kept me abreast on the car problem identified and repair progress. Shuttle driver was very friendly and courteous as well. After the service, the technician sent me a thank you card for using their services. By the way, the repair was covered under CPO warranty. On the other side, I was surprised to see that no complimentary coffee or drinks were available; which is pretty normal and common at other dealerships. More
service waiting area This is the first dealership that we have used that the waiting area doesn't have TV's, this last time we were there the drink area had no water in t This is the first dealership that we have used that the waiting area doesn't have TV's, this last time we were there the drink area had no water in the cooler. They don't have local current newspapers for customers who are waiting for their cars. The actual service went well, but when you are waiting for a hour or more and nothing to do. Not everyone is glued to their phones, computers or IPADs. They do have a restaurant/snack area, but the prices are high, just because you own/have a Mercedes does not mean you are made of money. They did provide free coffee, but don't feel enough. Even Toyota and Lexus provide free daily newspapers, coffee, hot chocolate and donuts. More
