Jack was very helpful during this appointment and I enjoy working with him. I had been looking to trade my vehicle for an ML350 but there were none on the lot that had what I was looking for. When I came back to pick up my car, a salesman approached us as said the exact model I was looking for had just been traded in. I traded in my 2005 the day after I had the major service performed. I guess I was in the right place at the right time. I look forward to working with Jack in the future after I take possession of my 2013 ML350. More

A week later I found a towel sticking out from underneath my motor. I took my car back to the dealership and they probably took the towel out. They didn't dismiss the issue as some of these things will happen. My service advisor was really upset that this happened to me and was very apologetic. I felt like a really valued customer! More

Poor Experiance Brand new 2016 Mercedes Metris shock snapped in half. Called for an appointment and was told I would receive a loaner because the new shock would not Brand new 2016 Mercedes Metris shock snapped in half. Called for an appointment and was told I would receive a loaner because the new shock would not come in until three days later. Came for 8:00am appointment - was told there was no loaner available. Sean told me to bring the van back Monday. I did not feel comfortable driving a van without a rear shock. Lost a good bit of time and a great bit money. More
