I was indecisive about another SUV or a sedan and then once I decided on a sedan, which model. Craig was very patient and after several more test drives, guided us to what we really wanted, a S550. Craig also helped us figure out the best lease to fit our needs. He found a model that had all of the amenities that were important to us and traveled on his day off to pick it up and deliver it to us personally. He then scheduled time to review the vehicle operations. Craig was helpful, knowledgeable and very kind throughout the process. We are very happy with the vehicle! More

From the moment we pulled in and were greeted outside to sitting down with Hope and going over the work order, everything was extremely smooth, courteous, and very professional. Hope went over what we could expect, how long it would take, and even provided us with a great Mercedes-Benz loaner car for our use while ours was in the shop. Hope kept in touch with us while our car was being serviced, letting us know the progress of the repairs. When we picked up the car, it had been hand washed and was waiting for us in the service area. I signed the papers and was back on the road in under 5 minutes. MB of Sacramento has set the bar pretty high for it's level of service, we were very impressed and wouldn't hesitate to bring it back! More
