Finally a good experience. My second to last experience was horrible. I was faced with a dishonest service writer and a dishonest mechanic. They called me mid day to tell me m My second to last experience was horrible. I was faced with a dishonest service writer and a dishonest mechanic. They called me mid day to tell me my transfer case need new seals. I told the guy that my garage floor was pristine. I then went in to look at it on the rack. No seals were leaking. I filed a grievance with customer service, who was great. Promised a nice loaner next time. Well, needless to say, my little GLK350 still has no leaks one year and 11k miles later. That's all fine, except I noticed the dishonest service writer is still there. He would not even look at me this time. I think I had Jason Harber this time. He was AWESOME. More
Less than positive MBZ experience This is not a reflection of Efrain Vasquez, but of the Mbz experience as a whole. My vehicle was returned to me 3 times with the issue not fixed. I take excellent care of my vehicles, clean, detailed and mechanically sound. Each time the vehicle was returned to me the vehicle had black oil on the door pulls, the driver door (where they used their feet to open the door i'm speculating) the steering wheel, the gear shifter etc. I took photos each time. Is there no one that inspects the vehicle when returning to the customer. I have always had MBZ, and only use MBZ dealerships, but since moving to Sacramento it seems that this dealer has limited quality control. When living in El Dorado hills, I was always impressed with the level of customer service and my Service Writer Daniel, he made sure not only that my vehicles were mechanically sound but returned to me in the condition that it arrived and sometimes even better, which is difficult to do in my case. I think that the service writer can gauge the level of customer service that each individual expects by the history of repairs and customer interaction, it seems these cues are not on anyones radar at MBZ of Sacramento. It is indeed a shame that the level of customer service for the MBZ brand has been so diluted. These latest experiences from May 2016 to August 2016 were challenging, ultimately after having my vehicle for a few months trouble shooting, after thousands of my dollars later, my car is fixed. Efrain was communicative through out the process and polite, however ultimately I will be looking for another place to take my business and dollars and loyality. More
Arrived right at closing time. Jerrod, and his parts department team, stayed late to resolve my issue and they even saved me almost $200.00! Just ok First, during the purchase of our car, the service was amazing. That's where it ended. We brought the car back twice for our Cila Jet (spell?) servi First, during the purchase of our car, the service was amazing. That's where it ended. We brought the car back twice for our Cila Jet (spell?) service - and its still not good enough for the $1800. The initial service they had my car for the day, and I had a loaner. When I took the loaner, I was told to 'just bring it back with the same amount of gas'. I did. But, the real disappointment came when a week after we bought the car, the check engine light came on. The service department was able to get us in quickly, and they did a great job with the car. When I received my loaner vehicle, I was told to 'just bring it back with the same amount of gas', which I do not have an issue with. Upon receipt of my loaner vehicle, the gas indicated less than 1/4 of a tank, so I just immediately went and filled it up knowing that my car would take a few days. When I returned the loaner, there was almost 1/2 tank of gas. The following morning, I checked my bank account, and there was a $30 charge from Mercedes. Not fully understanding why, I called. It was explained that they had changed their loaner policy to charge customers $10 per day for gas due to past customers putting the wrong type of gas and damaging the engines. I explained that I was not told this, and the young lady stated they would return my $30. That was several weeks ago, and no return has been made to my account. Although I understand the need for the $10 a day charge, and frankly, it would save me the time from having to fill it up prior to returning it. However, they failed at explaining this to me, as well as lent me a vehicle whose gas tank did not have enough fuel to get me home, let alone back to work. If they are to charge this fee, they need to understand they must lend vehicles with a full tank, AND allow customers to return for more gas/fuel as needed. Sad, but I won't return to the Sacramento Mercedes service department again....seems to be a small thing, but just the dishonesty turns me off. More

Repair of left parking lamp I recently had to bring my car in because the left parking lamp indicator would come on and remain on when car is running.
