Bad phone call returns for accepting payments I'm so disappointed in the finance department in Mercedez of Sacramento. My salesman Mung was great but the finance department is horrible. I bought my car and it's time for me to make payments. My paperwork was misplaced when I sent my vehicle to get fixed. I've left several messages to have someone return my phone call so I can help advise of my payment dates and yet no one has called me back! I am worried that I could be late and on top of it could be charged for fees and still no phone call return back! I have been traveling and can't visit the site and I am extremely upset! More
