Took my 2004 clk 500 in to have the driver side power window/ ecm repaired. Also asked for an overall inspection of my car and informed them that money was not an issue. They had the car for 3 days and I window/ ecm repaired. Also asked for an overall inspection of my car and informed them that money was not an issue. They had the car for 3 days and I got it back the same as I had left it minus the resetting of a check engine light caused by the gas cap. I was told as the dealer they couldn't get the part??? I got the impression that the issues they found would've required too much time/ effort and it wasn't worth their time. I've since found a mechanic with a solution and I will never set foot on their property again! I don't care if it was free. Furthermore I take every opportunity like this one to share what a horrible experience I had personally and warn others against patronizing Mercedes Benz of Sacramento. 0 customer service in fact it was insulting.
