A long wait I waited for awhile (over an hour) before I had communication with my service writer. For some reason he was not told that I was actually waiting in t I waited for awhile (over an hour) before I had communication with my service writer. For some reason he was not told that I was actually waiting in the lounge. I did text him, with no response, finally I went into his office and asked when my car would be looked at. He apologized for not knowing that I was there and immediately had my car assessed. From that point forward everything was very efficient. I would also appreciate an explanation of the service that is provided and not just be directed to the coffee lady to pay the bill. More

Timely and done correctly I have had problems with my car vibrating and paid money to have it repaired at another dealer. But, it did not take away the vibration. When I took I have had problems with my car vibrating and paid money to have it repaired at another dealer. But, it did not take away the vibration. Around the same time, I brought the ML 350 in for 60,000 mile servicing and was given accurate information by Mike Gallagher about a minor part so I could make logical decision about a repair. The work was done quickly and I was kept apprised all along the way. More
