From the moment you pull into the service reception area, one of several greeters will immediately attend to your needs and make you feel welcomed. In my experience it was Scott Huckel whom did just that. I then had Sean Kerwin who checked my vehicle in and answered all my questions. He has called several times during my 24 hr service call and kept me updated. I also met the Service manager Kerry Saunders who was very approachable and answered my questions and concerns.
