Great Dealership and Great Employees Mercedez Benz of Sacramento is amazing and so is my Service Advisor Jason. They are Loyal to their customers, are Always there when you need them and Mercedez Benz of Sacramento is amazing and so is my Service Advisor Jason. They are Loyal to their customers, are Always there when you need them and most important, are Honest. At the last minute I realized that I needed a smog verification to renew my registration. Needed windshield replaced As always, service experience is good. The loaner vehicle, C300 2016 was disappointing. The econ engine feature that shuts the engine down is awful, annoying and loud. You can hear the car changing gears and the ride is not the smooth quite ride I am accustomed to. I manually shut off the Econ feature it was so annoying. More

At least show the calendar of available days. Offer online payment options using a debit card, unless it is covered under VIsa option. Cashiers can be a little friendlier. I am disappointed in the labor charges for the two hours they had my car when parts were only about 1/4 of the total. When Smart was under Niello Volkswagen the rates were a lot more reasonable. Oh well, I guess it has to do a lot with the Mercedes name. More
