They discovered a nail in the tire and because I had purchased the tires there they fixed the tire in about 45 minutes at no charge. At least show the calendar of available days. Offer online payment options using a debit card, unless it is covered under VIsa option. Cashiers can be a little friendlier. I am disappointed in the labor charges for the two hours they had my car when parts were only about 1/4 of the total. When Smart was under Niello Volkswagen the rates were a lot more reasonable. Oh well, I guess it has to do a lot with the Mercedes name. More
