This is the last time that I will bring my car here. They scratched my car, dinged my door and didn’t even fix the issues properly. I have had them try to rectify the situation 3 times now. Worst service and lack of common courtesy to give timely updates. Always expensive and crap shoot if it even gets fixed right the first time. I won’t be returning to this dealership. Extremely unprofessional, absolutely the worse service department communications I have ever experienced. From picking my new car up last year(which Extremely unprofessional, absolutely the worse service department communications I have ever experienced. From picking my new car up last year(which required 3 trips to the dealership) to two subsequent visits for service which were both nightmares to deal with and took over 4 months to complete because of the dealership complete lack of communication. By the way, this is the first negative review of a business I have ever written in my life, and I’m in my sixties. I think that speaks to my total dissatisfaction of this business. More
