There was a mistake made when I brought my motorhome in to figure out a starting issue. The receiving attendant wrote down the wrong vin number. The service manager David informed me that there was warrant to figure out a starting issue. The receiving attendant wrote down the wrong vin number. The service manager David informed me that there was warranty work that hadn’t been done. I disagreed and said I thought Wilsonville Mercedes had preformed the work the year before. I said just check with their service center. The problem turned out to be a MISTAKE that cost me two and a half days. They had the alternator on the shelf and had it in within three hours a cost of $1,200 for a new alternator and an airbag replaced. Not professional. More
