I had to request multiple times for the bill to be sent to my text in which Mercedes Benz of Stockton never failed to do. When my daughter arrived at the dealer to pick up the car, an employee told her to to my text in which Mercedes Benz of Stockton never failed to do. When my daughter arrived at the dealer to pick up the car, an employee told her to wait 30 minutes for the car to be washed. The vehicle should have already been washed before pick up time. My daughter waited longer than 30 minutes; the car did not get washed. More
A one day service for warranty work and they kept the van for six days but did not finish the work. I very much like the service people but this is the second time they did not finish the warranty work. They for six days but did not finish the work. They seem to think I can just drop by whenever needed but it’s not fun driving to the dealership and chews of mileage and gas. The checkout desk where we pay and get our keys Has had a line each time and only one person that has had to hunt the dealership for my paperwork and keys. The staff is very nice but the process is not efficient so everyone is solving problems instead of just following established procedures. More
