I am very disapointed on my latest service. When I went through paperwork I noticed there were items that were past service's. I was only told about the battery and told Service Rep I would take care of it through paperwork I noticed there were items that were past service's. I would have left it there for the needed service needed if I was told. If I never would have looked at my paperwork I woul dhave never know. My servie rep was on vacation and the gentleman that gave me my car didn't even know anything about it. Very very disapointed in Mercedes Service. More
