In short, after many years of allegiance to this dealer, I'm no longer giving them my business. I put down a $3000 deposit in July, 2021 for a custom specified 2022 GLC and was told in November it will not I'm no longer giving them my business. I put down a $3000 deposit in July, 2021 for a custom specified 2022 GLC and was told in November it will not arrive until March, 2022. Ok, we understand supply chain restrictions have affected us all. In the meantime, lease ends in December on old vehicle and we plan accordingly. I then attempt to find equivalent 2022 glc that are now being advertised in Northern California and I see our, pre ordered vehicle being advertised at Sacramento MB!!! I contact them and they claim ignorance and say come see your vehicle! During first talk about numbers, they try to increase purchase price $10,000 over retail AND what is advertised!!! Sorry guys, disrespect of a customer reflects poorly on you. More

My Sprinter-based RV broke down in I-5 on the second day of a trip from Portland, Oregon to Houston, Texas. It was towed to Mercedes Benz of Sacramento early afternoon, and they got it in the shop and diag of a trip from Portland, Oregon to Houston, Texas. It was towed to Mercedes Benz of Sacramento early afternoon, and they got it in the shop and diagnosed the problem by the end of the day. The air mass sensor had failed. Fortunately the part was in stock, and they had me back on the road by noon the next day. Assistant Service Manager Dave Lanzone was very helpful and got my Spinter in and out of the shop quickly while monitoring repairs for several other customers on an extremely busy day. Thanks to Dave and MBZ of Sacramento, breaking down at the beginning of a road trip was an inconvenience instead of a disaster! More

I cannot give a good review about my original purchase because I was sold a vehicle with bad brakes and rotors and ended up back at dealership less than 2 weeks after buying. Then I was promised that they would return the vehicle with a full tank and that didn’t happen either. After that I was promised I would be mailed a gift card for gas and I’m still waiting and now that’s going on 2 weeks. It’s been a disappointing experience especially since I’m a loyal return customer who also referred my son there and he’s also a return customer. We’ve made 4 purchases in less than 4 years and I would have expected better service. More
