Had an appointment to get the Ceramic CilaJet finish and had to wait 20-30 min to drop vehicle off,even though I had an appointment. When Picking up the car I question if the whole car was done. Since then unsatisfied with most of the chrome looking to be water tarnished. Also advised sales that I found a chip in the windshield that I never saw when inspecting the vehicle before buying. Was told it was not enough to warrant a replacement or deep enough to repair. The service person did ask on behalf of me and I was informed by the gentlemen who sold me the vehicle. Originally agreed on a trade and price before seeing the financial agent only to find 1/2 way through the purchasing they ask where my pink slip is. In the paper work we gave them it was already agreed that I had 10K equity. So now we are in a pressure cooker to purchase. We also were not informed of the vehicle being in a minor accident until we agreed to a price and started signing paper work. Not how I likes to do business. I have waited for a time to give a fair and not reactive response. The car is fantastic, but there are things I would have changed or negotiated for. More
Frustrating, disappointing through the entire 3+ months of continuing issues, inclusive of replacement of unnecessary parts causing unnecessary cost to us. Car came back with all the problems fixed but you would at least think with all the money you spend everything would be attached. I had my seats fixed and when I drove home and grabbed something in the bac at least think with all the money you spend everything would be attached. It was just an easy pop in but I shouldn’t have to do that if I’m paying hundreds for minimum work. But atleast my Service rep Cecilia was nice and always happy to assist me. More
