Asked to bring in my car for a whole day. Nothing was done, said the part needed to be shipped. Never heard from them after three weeks I called to see if the part came in. They said it had an scheduled done, said the part needed to be shipped. Never heard from them after three weeks I called to see if the part came in. They said it had an scheduled me to drop Off on a Friday.. they did not begin work till Tuesday and kept my car a whole week and a half. Poor communication and scheduling. More
It required 2 jobs totaling over $5000 dollars to fix an oil leak. Then I paid over $700 to fix a fuel line leak. I have been driving MB cars continuously for 60 years. The service has been spotty for years. I used to get my vehicle cleaned prior to pickup and for years now that haven’t,Yet Ford still does! I expect more from a luxury dealership. Also, I last came in ab vehicle cleaned prior to pickup and for years now that haven’t,Yet Ford still does! I expect more from a luxury dealership. Also, I last came in about a recall which effected my ability to get the vehicle smog done, yet after getting the recall completed they forgot to due the smog certification! Again, forgetting to accomplish an objective of my original problem is a big deal! More
