My service rep was very nice, pleasant. However, I took my car in for an EXPRESS oil change and I was there 3hours! I’d hate to see how long the reg oil change takes. They stated I’d be in and out with 2 t my car in for an EXPRESS oil change and I was there 3hours! I’d hate to see how long the reg oil change takes. They stated I’d be in and out with 2 technicians working on my car! Couldn’t Believe it took 3 hours! That’s insane! Unhappy , they always take a long time ! Not looking forward to the next service appt down the road! I’d rather go to jiffy lube! :/ More

Hard to get on the phone. Many days will go by before you get a response if at all. They push you to schedule and interact with the website. Very poor communication. I was told my car had 1 diagnosis and would be ready the following day and then told the following day he had given me information about someone else’s vehicle. I was then t diagnosis and would be ready the following day and then told the following day he had given me information about someone else’s vehicle. I was then told the parts would not be available for at least a week as they were coming from Germany. I needed a rental vehicle and had to wait 4 days to get one. I finally got my car back 2 weeks later. The whole experience was very disappointing. More
