Took almost 8hours for oil change service. Then the appraisal as requested both in person and In writing was not completed. Never will I step back into your dealership. I went to get a recall on air bag fixed and 100000 mile inspection. Your dealership was very flippant about not wearing masks making me and my partner very unc get a recall on air bag fixed and 100000 mile inspection. This was way way way before June 15. it was absolutely disgusting. I had a full warranty that the representative should have done his due diligence and told me about instead of arguing with me that I don’t have it. When I got home I called the dealer that I purchased the car from and they told me I was at home warranty for 50,000 miles which I paid an extra hundred dollars a month for. Your Repair person was walking aroundCoughing without covering his mouth or wearing a mask. I’ve been to many dealers where they make the customer feel wanted and cared about. Your dealer is the first that I’ve ever gone into that has made me feel so uncomfortable. If we ever get anything from corporate I will let them know you get zero rating across the board. when we were waiting an hour to get the car washed when they said it will be ready immediately there were people there who were with a wheelchair and masks who felt as uncomfortable as we did. We did yelp the minute we got home and got a ridiculous letter from your general manager. But all in all I’ll stick to the mom and pop shops who treat customers like each one was special instead of your dealership who treated me like a piece of garbage. More
