It’s ok. After the first part of the service, couldn’t get my car to me as I requested “pickup and delivery” it was authorized. But after deciding my car needed more work, it was completed, then still h get my car to me as I requested “pickup and delivery” it was authorized. I had to ask family that were out of town to get back earlier to pick up my car as I didn’t know when service dept was going to deliver car. I didn’t think their was enough help in the service dept, , infact I was told, manpower shortage again. More

I feel that if you do not have the top of the line Mercedes they are not as helpful. I’m currently leasing a 2020 Mercedes and the car stop working and it’s been giving me issues. I picked up my car a Mercedes they are not as helpful. I’m currently leasing a 2020 Mercedes and the car stop working and it’s been giving me issues. I picked up my car and they handed me the invoice and my keys without informing me what was fixed/replace and what was causing my car to die on me. The contact person who keeps the customers in the loop was not helpful at all. He texted me my car will be ready today and he believes they fixed what was causing my car speedometer to go black. Uhmmmm you think or you know for a fact what was causing my car to die and the screens to go blank. Now that my car is supposedly fix two days later the second screen froze and stop working as well as my chargers in the car. I called the contact person and left a voicemail since it was Sunday and they were closed. He still has not called me back. So I made another appointment with a different Mercedes Benz location. This is my second lease with Mercedes and I loved my first lease because it never gave me any problems. This new 2020 A220 is the worst car I’ve drove. I would not recommend this car to anyone because it’s not a safe car at all. As of the moment I’m not a happy customer with Mercedes and I’m probably never going to lease or Purchase a vehicle again.
