Disorganized service, service staff overwhelmed since a couple people called out. However there were plenty sales people who could have stepped up and acted like they were on the same team. I give it 2 stars only because 1 item was fixed, otherwise it would be 1 star. Was told van would done in 2-3 days it took almost 2 weeks.
