We frantically arrived at the dealership service center on our way home from Oregon after our SUV started shutting down!! It was pretty traumatic because we barely made it into the parking lot. Even though we had to stay the night, he got us taken care of and back on the road as soon as he possibly could. I had my van in for a 90 service. When I got the van back it had a fuel leak. I took it back and it was there for 3 weeks. The van was returned to me again and it still had a fuel leak. When I talked to Dave it had a fuel leak. I took it back and it was there for 3 weeks. The van was returned to me again and it still had a fuel leak. When I talked to Dave the service writer he gave me an attitude and had his shop foreman come to look at the van with me. He confirmed there still was a gas leak. They replaced the injections and gave it back to me. While driving home the check engine light came on and the van was not drivable and had to be towed back to the shop. Someone didn’t plus a sensor in all the way. The van was there almost 8 weeks in total. I had to swap between the loaner vehicle and rental cars multiple times. This is a work van and I had to swap tools and parts every time. Not once did Dave ever apologize or show and concern about this fuel leak issue. This was the worst customer service experience of my life. Your motto is the best or nothing. In this case I would take nothing! More
