From the minute I walked in, Jodi at the front desk made me feel so welcome, and when I explained that I was looking for a vehicle that could accommodate my wheelchair-bound husband, she went over and above getting me the help I needed, bringing me drinks, even buying me a Mercedes key chain after I purchased a vehicle. John and Amine worked together to find me the pre-owned car I was looking for, worked with me on a price that I was comfortable with, delivered it to my home with the specialist, Julio, to go over all the functions of the vehicle and even programmed my garage door opener. They even found matching floor mats for me when one was missing. Every time I walked in there, everyone was so friendly and accommodating, making me feel like a valued customer. 3/29/2021 The Sprinter dealership in Sacramento fixed a mechanical problem and gave me a two year warrantee on their work. A few months later I had a problem with the work that was completed. I was 100+ mechanical problem and gave me a two year warrantee on their work. A few months later I had a problem with the work that was completed. I was 100+ miles away from the Sacramento dealership and had to have another Sprinter dealership fix the problem The dealership that fixed the problem reported to me that the part was incorrectly installed causing the problem that I was experiencing and the origional dealership should reimburse my costs of the repair. When I went back to the Sacramento dealership they refused to reimbuse my cost to fix the problem they caused. Dave Rose was very helpful but I was told the service manager denied my reimbursement. It would be good if the service manager would return my phone call. I asked that he call me back several weeks ago with no responce to date. More

When I go to Lexus of Sacramento, they give the whole car a looksee, even though I did not ask for it because they know what to look for. MB only looks at what you asked them to.
