I have only had one experience at this dealership. The people were excellent, but computer issues made my visit more than twice as long as estimated. I had an issue with a tire inspection. I knew the car needed front tires, not because of tread, but because of tire damage. They missed that in the inspection. No big deal. When I picked up the car there was a strach on the lower quarter panel. When I called to report it I was told they take pictures on the way into service. Great, I'm glad you do that. I took a picture of the scratch and text it in. I was told they scratch was probably already there but they would fix it anyway. The pictures were very clear that the scratch was not there. I take very good care of my car and don't drive it much. That upset me that they didn't take the time to look at it. More
