unfortunate that the tech "rushed" through checking the oil, left the cap off, oil sprayed all over the engine area and I just happened to look at the engine area before going on a long trip, could of been oil, left the cap off, oil sprayed all over the engine area and I just happened to look at the engine area before going on a long trip, could of been a real problem out on a desolate highway :(. During my last visit to the Mercedes of Sacramento auto tech in tune with service adviser tried to fool me into believing that the check engine light was on (and make me pay $190 for diagnostic). It turned tech in tune with service adviser tried to fool me into believing that the check engine light was on (and make me pay $190 for diagnostic). It turned out the check engine light was never on (as confirmed by independent car dealer diagnostics), it was the low fuel light was on. I am very upset, no one has issuers an apology. More
