During my last visit to the Mercedes of Sacramento auto tech in tune with service adviser tried to fool me into believing that the check engine light was on (and make me pay $190 for diagnostic). It turned tech in tune with service adviser tried to fool me into believing that the check engine light was on (and make me pay $190 for diagnostic). It turned out the check engine light was never on (as confirmed by independent car dealer diagnostics), it was the low fuel light was on. I am very upset, no one has issuers an apology. More

Service tor Smart Car completely different experience. Not only a 1/2 hour wait to check in car for service, but 1/2 hour wait to bring it out when done.
