Recommended 40k miles service is needed for 15k on odometer. Knowingly ripping off valuable customers. When I purchased the vehicle I was informed that wiper blades are changed at no cost with each odometer. Knowingly ripping off valuable customers. When I purchased the vehicle I was informed that wiper blades are changed at no cost with each service and MB of Sacramento is not doing that. My concern is that why I was knowingly given 40k miles service and not even asked that the vehicle really hasn't been used that many miles and could have just done am oil change. This is a complete rip-off. More
