I took the car in twice for an issue with the push button start system. The issue is still not resolved and the car still doesn’t start some times when you press on brakes and push start button. I had servi start system. The issue is still not resolved and the car still doesn’t start some times when you press on brakes and push start button. I had service B appointment in addition to the issue above. My car was kept over night and next day I was informed that it’s ready to be picked up. When I went in to pick it up, there was check engine light on the car. Jason told me he knows what the issue is and he asked me to bring the car back the next day. In decided to leave the car again with them overnight to fix the issue. I don’t expect this kind of service experience from Mercedes. the technician should have inspected the car properly before letting the customer know that it’s ready to be picked up. I wasted an hour of my time going back and forth. More

As in past Service visits I was provided excellent service and quality work. I am however disappointed in the problem that had to be corrected. The Blower Motor in my climate control would not come service and quality work. I am however disappointed in the problem that had to be corrected. The Blower Motor in my climate control would not come on and was corrected by rewiring the Blower motor connector and Pin sockets. My Mercedes is only 5 years old and feel this problem should not have occurred bing Mercedes advertises quality control.. More
