I have always received excellent service but the mechanic did not take my care for a test drive before he gave it to me. The car had to be returned to the mechanic and it was repaired and I got my car return did not take my care for a test drive before he gave it to me. I had an amazing buying experience with Tommy (Paul) Choonhaurai. I pinged him about a car they had on Autotrader at 10:30pm on a Saturday, and he replied back with the info I asked for 5 minutes later Choonhaurai. So I was able to get my Benz in there to get checked out. ...it wouldn't start and the key was stuck in the ignition. From the gate the folks at Mercedes Benz of Sacramento were on it....I got fast and friend ...it wouldn't start and the key was stuck in the ignition. Long wait to get a service appointment with loaner. Dealership only did the service due without addressing the issue we brought the car in for. Didn’t even wash the car before giving it back. Cecilia is the best service advisor around, I love this dealership they are very helpful and knowledgeable. The loaner vehicles are always cleaned and washed and when I get my vehicle back, it is cleaner t dealership they are very helpful and knowledgeable.
