Of my 5 consecutive MBZ leases this dealership is the absolute worst. They required the offer/contract be notarized which took a week to complete. They added a silly window acid etch theft recovery polic absolute worst. They required the offer/contract be notarized which took a week to complete. They added a silly window acid etch theft recovery policy for $400, which was not agreed to by us. Delivery took another week and took place on the freeway Off ramp. The car was delivered with a cracked windshield. The General Manager told me to have the local dealership fix it and they would pay for it. This is a Mercedes Benz dealership. I received better service for a used Ford! More
