I was able to make an appointment after the dealership returned my call. Mercedes of Reno never had. I live in South Lake Tahoe and had to plan carefully for service. When I arrived about 10 minutes prior returned my call. Mercedes of Reno never had. I live in South Lake Tahoe and had to plan carefully for service. When I arrived about 10 minutes prior to my appointment, there were several vehicles in 3 lines in front of me. There was no one to check me in and no one was controlling any of the lines. While I waited for the next 20 minutes, several more vehicles arrived and were checked in prior to me. Eventually I was checked in and sent to the waiting room where I waited for another 15 minutes. I eventually got antsy enough to ask if the Sprinter representative was available and then was immediately seen. The service was completed in a timely fashion and I received a call from the rep in a timely manner. I paid my bill and when I got to my vehicle I made a quick inspection. I was a bit disappointed to see there were some grease smudges from the service and the vehicle was otherwise untouched on the outside. I had a 2 hour drive ahead of me and didn’t want to deal with more waiting so bit my tongue and left. I’m assuming the proper things were performed regarding service. And once I was seen, the customer service was fine. The waiting and uncontrolled service lines, followed by the grease and dirty car were my concerns. More
I have purchased at least a dozen cars at this location and service is very inconsistent. Recently at dealership after working around the house nobody said hello when I walked into the dealership. I assume it was because I was dressed in my working clothes. However when my car came out from service salesmen started taking pictures of it and when I got into the GT they asked if was my car. Terrible impression. Also tried to buy a S class and had terrible experience with Brian. He never followed up as promised with anything. No longer a client of mb of sac for sales but as long as mike Gallagher is there will bring it for service . Mike gets service and he should train some of the sales team More
