I took my 2017 GLS 550 with 45k miles in for the “B” service and of course they gonna find something else that needs to be corrected. It was an extremely long wait to get the spark plugs replaced and co service and of course they gonna find something else that needs to be corrected. Had brake work done. Was quoted $480 for pads but was charged over $600 for them. On top of that, after they finished working on my car the emergency brake light would tu Was quoted $480 for pads but was charged over $600 for them. On top of that, after they finished working on my car the emergency brake light would turn on and off intermittently which made me scared to drive it. I had to have another mechanic fix that. Made a complaint and both Javier Perez and Luis Cotto made good promises to correct the issue but neither came through so I’m out the money and no one will contact me. Since I can’t trust their work or what they say I’m not going back. Unreliable. More
