Had a service done to my dash cam/driver assist functions. I was assigned to Mr. Francisco “Paco” Gonzalez. He was extremely professional, proficient and efficient. After recording the symptoms of my problem in as much detail as he could, he told me how they would proceed in diagnosing and fixing the problem, and the window of time he estimated it would take. He was ‘no nonsense’ about the process MB uses and how he’d keep me apprised at every step. My car was diagnosed and repaired quicker than we’d estimated! Mr. Gonzalez provided me a detailed account of the problem and what was required to fix it. I had no clue at the outset that it was a dash cam problem. All my driver assist sensors suddenly stopped working. He explained how the systems work together, what happened, and how they repaired it. What I appreciate the most is his willingness to push information. That relieves a lot of stress and consternation. Would definitely work with him again should the need arise. More

I was somewhat pleased with my car-buying experience. Kevin Hill did a great job—he was kind, professional, and very helpful throughout the process. My issue lies more with the dealership’s sales process than with Kevin personally. I was initially given a negotiated price for the vehicle I selected. However, when I received the paperwork detailing my trade-in and the final pricing, I was surprised to find several dealership add-ons totaling several thousand dollars—charges that had never been discussed with me before. I was told these add-ons were already installed and non-negotiable, leaving me with no real choice but to accept them if I wanted the car. In my opinion, the original price I was quoted should have included these add-ons. I felt misled and disappointed that the full cost wasn’t disclosed upfront. Transparency is key, and I would have appreciated it if the dealership had been honest about the total price from the beginning. That said, I did go through with the purchase and I’m very happy with my car—Mercedes makes an excellent product. But experiences like this can leave loyal customers feeling undervalued. Be upfront and honest. Your vehicles speak for themselves; there’s no need for tactics that erode trust. More
