I have been having my Mercedes Benz automobiles serviced at this dealership since before they opened the service center in this location. I have always felt valued and appreciated. I have a wonderful relationship with my longtime service advisor, Deric O’Shaughnessay I have complete faith that Deric will make sure I leave the service experience completely happy. The Personal Touch You can really tell that this is a family-owned dealership. Unlike the big corporate stores, there is a genuine personal touch here that makes you feel like part of the family. The service reflected that warmth and care at every step. A "Dream Team" The deal I got on my GLB was awesome, but the people were even better. A huge thank you to Sandra Amador-she was my salesperson and was patient and knowledgeable, helping me find the right vehicle for me. Herbert Schonian and Rick Stuflick, the sales managers, helped me get a deal that was better than I hoped for finding special incentives that weren't even on Mercedes' website. And Erin Mahre in Finance was very professional taking time to explain the ridiculous amount of paperwork. These four individuals are the gold standard of customer service. They were professional, transparent, and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. It wasn’t just a transaction; they made sure the entire process was seamless and stress-free. My New Ride The 2025 GLB is incredible—the perfect blend of luxury and utility. I walked away not only with a vehicle I love but with the peace of mind that I bought it from a local business that truly cares about its reputation and its customers.
