Glen Brown was my service rep and did a great job. He made sure I was comfortable while waiting. The tire replacement was done earlier than expected. 15 minutes later on the freeway I noticed a tire w He made sure I was comfortable while waiting. As always a good experience. Service advisor Katie Anderson is super. My only negative is that when I pulled away, I got a hood unlatched warning.
