Derec and Chris are the best! I called because my engine light went on. Derec said, “can you bring it in tomorrow and do you need a ride home?” He asked, “what time works best I called because my engine light went on. Derec said, “can you bring it in tomorrow and do you need a ride home?” He asked, “what time works best for you?” I brought it in and he had a Chris waiting to take me home. It was done the that afternoon but I couldn’t break loose to get it. Derec said “no problem, call me tomorrow when it is convenient for you and I’ll have Chris pick you up.” He is accommodating, professional, and efficient. Both he and Chris made me feel like I was special. This dealership has exceptional people working for it. More

Everyone is always polite. I was kept informed as to when my car would be ready - I was given a loaner because we thought it might be overnight, but it was set to go in a coup I was kept informed as to when my car would be ready - I was given a loaner because we thought it might be overnight, but it was set to go in a couple of hours.
