I had my car towed to the dealership for service because upon leaving work, I started the car and the instrument cluster and the center media console were both black. I called MB and the lady I spoke with s upon leaving work, I started the car and the instrument cluster and the center media console were both black. I called MB and the lady I spoke with suggested that I don't drive the car. I asked if they were going to send me a replacement car, she said no. I work in Sonoma and live in Rohnert Park. I braved driving and was very careful. When I got home, I called the tow service. They got my car and I was then notified that I had a free Lyft service, one time use. I used that service to get to work the next day. But at the end of next day, I asked for a Lyft voucher but they wouldn't give me one. I was pretty disappointed but I needed to get home, so I paid for a Lyft service myself. I was then picked-up by Chris from the dealership to get my van the next morning. They didn't see anything wrong with my car, except for a few minor issues. I do not feel safe knowing that the same instance would occur at any time and that it could happen while I'm in the middle of the road. Peace of mind, I am left hanging. I'm worried that this could happen at any given time. More
