Glenn Brown was excellent to deal w/ regarding service for my Sprinter van. Glenn was able to immediately answer the questions I had regarding extended fuel tank and mileage and level tracking. Glenn arranged for transportation to and from downtown Santa Rosa, so I didn't have to wait in the waiting room. He contacted me promptly when the service was completed and arranged for transportation back to the service facility. Overall, Glenn is an excellent Mercedes representative as well as an advocate for the Santa Rosa area. The service facility was clean altho' the waiting area is small. More
