Service appointment made on line with a request for transportation upon car drop off. Mercedes employee called several days in advance to confirm 8 a.m. drop off and need for transportion and confirme transportation upon car drop off. Arrived at 8 a.m. only to be informed that the driver for transportation doesn't arrive until 8:30 and I could sit in the lobby and wait for his arrival. When I expressed dismay as to how this would affect my schedule, I was told there was coffee or tea and felt completely dismissed. When transport was confirmed, I should have been informed that transport not available until 8:30 and could have made my own arrangements More
