I had a very disappointing experience at Mercedes- Benz of Sarasota, Florida. From the beginning the communication was poor and promises were not followed through. I expected a higher level of service from a Mercedes dealership, but instead I encountered misleading information, delays, not suggesting alternative cars. When I raised my concerns, they were not addressed in a professional or respectful manner. This left me feeling that customer service is not a priority here. Through the years my husband and I leased and purchased several cars from this dealership. I am leasing a car from Mercedes Benz of tampa. They have been accommodating, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. When I asked my service person in Mercedes Benz of Sarasota, she told me that they would charge $100.00 to help load my remotes to my gate and garage, because I didn’t lease the car from them. It’s not the money, it’s the principal. More
