Had my car in the shop on 1/13 for routine service. It is the first Mercedes i have ever owned. My primary car is a Lexus LS500 with 147,000 miles. I have had high end Lexus products for 15 years ho It is the first Mercedes i have ever owned. My primary car is a Lexus LS500 with 147,000 miles. I have had high end Lexus products for 15 years however i like the Mercedes enough that i wanted to look at the new cars. After retrieving my own car from service about 1:00 I decided to go to the sales department and talk to a salesman. I walked slowly through the entire showroom looking for a free salesperson and some literature. There were possibly 8-10 sales people with perhaps 2 talking to customers. There was a group of 5-6 sitting BSing. Not one person acknowledged my presence in any way. In addition there was no literature on the vehicles sitting out. Sooo… I just slowly did another 360 around the showroom and sauntered back out to the service waiting room, got a cup of coffee and left. More

It was a great price for exactly what I wanted, and the transaction was as smooth as a bowling ball! If they have what you want, don’t shop around, just buy it and pick it up there.
