The process for getting a loaner car while routine service is being performed is terrible. First you have to "book" the appointment a month in advance if you want a loaner. Next. I stood in line (#3) at the loaner car area while overhearing one customer being told "your loaner was out of gas so I have to go gas it up for you, be right back". It would be good if this dealership could offer free pickup and delivery to come and get your car like Sarasota Ford does! It appears this service might be offered after all because I see the last question in this survey asks to rate pickup and delivery so I will try to get that next time. The service advisor, Lisa, was awesome but it took overnight for me to get my car back! More
