While vacationing in the Sarasota area from Iowa, we had a rear suspension airbag punctured on a Saturday. Mercedes Benz of Sarasota was just minutes away but was very busy and could not schedule a repair a rear suspension airbag punctured on a Saturday. Mercedes Benz of Sarasota was just minutes away but was very busy and could not schedule a repair until the following Thursday. Special thanks to Christina at the call center, who partnered with the service manager, Jim, and worked us in on Monday, had the parts in stock and repairs completed the same day, allowing us to leave to come home as scheduled on Tuesday. The service advisor, Shawn Barnett, made the process smooth and efficient. The shuttle driver, George, was great. Very much appreciated the video walkaround they offer to present the problem remotely without having to be in the service department. We vacation there often and will definitely return to them for service when needed. Very nice facility. Thank you all so very much! More
