Salesman was nice. They were overall pretty decent. Finance department was a bit of a different story. They offered me 25K down and a 12.5 percent interest. I decline, came back with a check from my bank at 5%. I say this because not only did I get a better offer but even with a check it took me 5 hours to get out of the dealership. The finance guy wasn't to pushy with the warranty options. He asked a couple times but I was firm and said no. He left it alone. Overall, I think the transaction took way to long since I had my own financing and check but the salesman was great. I also got a good deal on my purchase. As for my trade in. Not the best but not the worst. More

The dealer and Mercedes have a disc connect, for a year I been asking the dealer about Navigation and was told I had the wrong radio. The service check-in and apt set up were easy. We needed a loaner for our service period and that was easily completed too. We ended up getting kind of a catastrophic lead in, but then once the technicians diagnosed the issues it wasn't nearly that bad. A relief in the end, but perhaps there could have been a more accurate communication up front. More
