The dealer and Mercedes have a disc connect, for a year I been asking the dealer about Navigation and was told I had the wrong radio. The service check-in and apt set up were easy. We needed a loaner for our service period and that was easily completed too. We ended up getting kind of a catastrophic lead in, but then once the technicians diagnosed the issues it wasn't nearly that bad.
