M-B Sarasota does an excellent job from a service standpoint. I drive a 2006 E320 and have 400,000 miles on it. I know the car well and am always impressed with the attention to detail. Finally, after many phone calls I demanded to speak to the general manager and he arranged for a loaner car and set me up with Glen as advisor who did a good. Job.
