I am very satisfied with the recent service of my 2018 Mercedes C300. Lisa, my service advisor discussed what work would be done when I arrived and arranged for the loaner I requested. Service agent was polite and knowlegeable. Service was well performed exccept they only put in 36 pounds of prsessure in the tires which set off the computer the next day.
