I dropped my car off after hours without an appointment. At 7:45 am, MB Cares alerted me my car was unlocked, so I knew they moved my car to start working on it. The A service on this vehicle should have taken a couple of hours. Instead, the dealer could not perform this service in a full day (brought the car in for a 10 AM appointment). Yes, I had a loaner, but it was still inconvenient to have an A service take two days, especially since the appointment was made weeks in advance, and I had planned for the car to be ready in a few hours. Christopher Robinson, my service advisor, is incredible. First he cares and listens, he never tries to rushes a client or be dismissive. That matters when a car owner doesn't really know as much as he does about cars. He's incredibly detailed in layman's terms, so as an owner one doesn't feel completely inept. It amazes me that he has such positive energy and truly appears to LOVE his job.
